Player Shops

Player Shops let you set up your own buy or sell shop using a chest and a sign. Other players can browse and trade with your shop at any time, even while you're offline.

Creating a Shop

1. Run /ps create to enter shop creation mode.
2. Hold the item you want to sell or buy in your hand.
3. Right-click a chest or barrel to start the setup wizard.
4. Choose your mode — Sell (you sell items to players) or Buy (you buy items from players).
5. Set your price per item.

A sign is automatically placed on the chest showing your shop info. The number of shops you can create depends on your rank.

Shop Modes

• Sell Mode — Stock the chest with items. Players pay you and take items from the chest.
• Buy Mode — Players bring items to your chest. You pay them automatically from your balance.

Buying & Selling

Other players interact with your shop by clicking the sign. A menu opens where they can choose how many items to buy or sell in bulk. Transactions happen instantly — money is transferred and items move in or out of the chest.

Shop owners can set a minimum balance — when in Buy mode, the shop stops purchasing once your balance drops below this threshold, so you never spend more than you intend.

Features

• Item Display — A floating 3D preview of the item appears above your chest so players can see what you're selling at a glance.
• Sign & Item Glow — Add colored glow effects to your shop sign and displayed item (availability depends on rank).
• Hopper Access — Toggle whether hoppers can interact with your shop chest for automated restocking.
• Transaction Alerts — Get notified when someone buys from or sells to your shop.
• Transaction Logs — View a history of all transactions with /ps logs.
• Double Chest Support — Shops can span two connected chests for more stock.

Tips

• Set up a Player Warp to your shop so other players can find it easily.
• Keep your shop stocked — empty shops don't generate sales.
• Use /ps viewshops to check the competition and price your items accordingly.
