Fishing on Breeze goes far beyond vanilla. Cast your line during fishing competitions to catch over 60 custom fish species, earn rewards, and compete for the top spot on the leaderboard.

How It Works

Custom fish can only be caught during fishing competitions. Head to /warp fishing when a competition is active, equip a fishing rod, and start casting. Fish are caught using vanilla fishing mechanics, but the loot pool is completely custom.

Fish Rarities

Every custom fish has a rarity that determines how often it appears and how much it's worth:

Common — The most frequent catches. Includes Cod, Tuna, Salmon, Mackerel, Carp varieties, Anchovy, and more. Sizes range from 1–30cm.
Rare — Less common catches like Squid, Jellyfish, Nemo, Dory, Coral varieties, Frogs, Sunfish, and Goldfish. Sizes range from 20–150cm.
Epic — Announced in chat when caught. Includes Dolphin, Turtle, Whale, Axolotl variants, Rainbow Trout, Crab, Penguin, and more. Sizes range from 125–800cm.
Legendary — Announced in chat when caught. The rarest catches including King Mackerel, Salmon of Knowledge, Starfish, Golden Frog, Spongebob, Golden Skull, and Copper Golem. Sizes range from 800–4,000cm.
Junk — Rusty Bucket, Rusty Spoon, Old Fisher's Hat, and other debris.

Baits

Apply baits to your fishing rod to boost your chances. You can stack up to 7 baits on a single rod.

Shrimp Bait — Attracts specific Common and Rare fish like Carp, Bluefish, Sunfish, and Nemo.
Fresh Water Bait — Boosts chances of Epic and Legendary fish.
Legendary Lure — Boosts Legendary fish chance specifically.

There's also a small chance (2.5%) to catch baits while fishing.

Competitions

Fishing competitions run on a set schedule. When a competition starts, a boss bar appears and you have a limited time to catch the biggest or most specific fish.

Daily Competitions

Run at 00:00, 06:00, 12:00, and 18:00 UTC (except Sundays). Type: Largest Fish. Duration: 10 minutes.

Sunday Competitions

Special competitions at 13:00 and 20:00 UTC on Sundays. Type: Specific Fish. Duration: 15 minutes. 1st place wins a Gold Crate Key.

Weekend Competitions

Saturday and Sunday at 15:00 UTC. Type: Largest Fish (Epic and Legendary only). Duration: 30 minutes.

Rewards: 1st place — 10 Dabloons. 2nd place — Diamond Crate Key. 3rd place — Gold Crate Key.

Fishing Skill

Fishing also levels your Fishing skill in the AuraSkills system. Higher levels unlock abilities like Lucky Catch, Treasure Hunter (better rare loot), and Epic Catch (better epic loot). See the Skills guide for more details.

Commands

/warp fishing — Teleport to the fishing area
/emf shop — Open the fish shop to sell catches

Tips

Custom fish only spawn during active competitions — check /emf next to plan ahead.
Weekend competitions are the most rewarding, with Dabloons and Diamond Keys on the line.
Stack baits on your rod for better odds — Fresh Water Bait and Legendary Lure are your best friends for high-rarity catches.
The Fisherman job pays money for every fish you catch on top of competition rewards.
