These rules are a basic list of offenses. We still expect common sense and curtesy to be used. These rules should be considered as guidelines to keep our community family-friendly and safe for all players. By playing on Breeze or joining our discord, you agree to follow these guidelines. Failure to follow these rules will result in punishment.

All Gamemodes

These rules apply to all Breeze gamemodes, current and future. Breeze Survival and Breeze Skyblock players are expected to abid by these guidelines at all times.

Punishments here are network wide; if you're muted on skyblock, you'll be muted on survival.

Inappropriate Chat Conduct

The way users conduct themselves in our chat is essential. Breeze SMP aims to be a friendly place for players of all ages. Below are examples of the kind of conduct that will result in a punishment:

• No NSFW in chat (public or private)
• Disrespectful/offensive language and hate speech
• Spamming or rioting of any kind
• Harassing and abusing others
• Not speaking in English after being told to stop
• Sharing personal information regarding others
• Advertising other servers or IPs
• Offering an in-game gambling service in public or private chat

We do allow all languages in private chats, and we allow the use of common phrases in other languages in public chats. However, to make it easier to moderate, we prefer to keep public chat to English-only.

Inappropriate Behavior

We expect our users to behave appropriately and respectfully at all times. Survival is all about enjoying the game with others, and we expect people to do so. Below are examples of behavior that will result in a punishment:

• Use of VPNs, cracked/illegitimate Minecraft accounts
• Stealing items that don't belong to you
• Purposefully/maliciously trying to crash the economy
• Intentionally killing/trapping other players
• Autoclicking - including using a weight on a key
• Naming items/warps/etc inappropriately, keep it family-friendly
• Scamming other users via trades
• Griefing near or on another player’s land
• Creating inappropriate builds such as lag machines, dupers, hateful or non-family-friendly symbols/words/imagery
• Purposely building or claiming around someone's claim without their permission

Keep a 60 claim block gap between you and other players to ensure you arent encroaching onto someone else’s area.

If your land IS NOT claimed we are usually unable to take action if something is broken or missing, we give all players the ability to protect their items and builds, if you fail to do so, it is your responsibility. If you don’t trust someone, don’t give them build permissions!

Hacked Clients & Modifications

Any non-cosmetic Minecraft modification is not allowed on Breeze SMP and is considered punishable. Cosmetic mods include things like "Optifine" and "More Player Models". Anything that gives the player an advantage or offers any kind of unintentional experience isn't welcome. Some illegal modifications are:

• X-ray texture packs/modifications
• Autoclicking
• Non-cosmetic software
• Hacked clients

Glitches & Exploits

During your time on Breeze SMP, we expect you to play fair, the way we intended the server to be enjoyed. If you are caught abusing Minecraft bugs or exploits within our own plugins, you will be punished instantly.

This includes using someone else’s use of hacks/glitches/exploits for your own gain or advantage - report it to staff or you will also face the consequences.

Joking/Insinuation of illegal activities

Any notion, threat, or insinuation disguised as a "joke" will not be tolerated under any circumstance. Most punishments in this section will result in the removal of your account from all official Breeze SMP platforms for an indefinite length of time. Examples of illegal activity are:

• Death threats
• DOXing
• Swatting
• DDoSing

Respecting Staff & Decisions

The Staff on Breeze SMP work incredibly hard to keep the server an amazing place for everyone to enjoy. We expect the community to respect their decisions and treat them as you want to be treated - they are here to make your experience great!

Skyblock Specific

These rules apply only to Breeze's Skyblock gamemode and do not relate to Breeze Survival.

Insiding

Once an island member places an item within an island, the island owns that item and it cannot be moved. Attempting to be an "insider" and steal from other islands will not be tolerated and all affiliated parties will face the consequences.

If a player attempts to take items from an island without permission from the island itself the items will be removed from the player and given back to the original island.

Island Boosting

Any island seen pooling resources to benefit another island other than its own is considered island boosting and is not allowed.

Doing this could result in all involved islands being disqualified from /is top competition.

Punishment extensions

Users found to be continuously breaking our rules, on any gamemode, will face harsher punishment durations in the future. Continuous rule breaking will result in a permanent ban from Breeze and any related platforms.

Evading any form of punishment will immediately extend the punishment duration for all involved parties. This includes logging into cracked or alternate accounts, using VPNs, or helping another user bypass their punishment by lending your own.

Punishment appeals

You can appeal any punishment you've received through Discord, through our support tickets for survival and skyblock respectively, if you believe the punishment was not appropriate. Appeals should be made within 30 days of the punishment in question to be properly processed. If the appeal is made later than this period, it may be declined immediately.
