Islands

Your island is your home base in OneBlock. Start with a single block, break it to generate resources, progress through 30 phases, and build your island into whatever you want.

Getting Started

Use /is create to create your island. You'll spawn on a single block floating in the void. Break the block and it regenerates — each break gives you a random resource based on your current phase.

Commands

  • /is — Open the island menu
  • /is create — Create a new island
  • /is home — Teleport to your island
  • /is visit <player> — Visit another player's island
  • /is invite <player> — Invite a player to your island team
  • /is members — Manage island team members
  • /is coops — Manage coop players
  • /is settings — Toggle island settings
  • /is upgrades — View and purchase upgrades
  • /is bank — Access the island bank
  • /is biome — Change your island biome
  • /is border — Toggle the world border display
  • /is lock — Lock or unlock your island to visitors
  • /is oneblock — Check your current OneBlock phase

OneBlock Phases

There are 30 phases to progress through. Each phase changes what blocks, mobs, and chest loot your OneBlock generates. As you advance, you'll encounter increasingly rare resources.

The phases take you on a journey through every biome in the game:

Plains → Underground → Dark Forest → Deep Ocean → Ocean Monument → Mushroom Island → Warm Ocean → Jungle → Bamboo Jungle → Taiga → Frozen Ocean → Snowy Taiga → Snowy Plains → Birch Forest → Swamp → Mountains → Savanna → Desert → Badlands → Wooded Badlands → Nether Wastes → Nether Fortress → Basalt Deltas → Soul Sand Valley → Crimson Forest → Warped Forest → Bastion Remnant → Idyll → Stronghold → The End

Island Roles

Island teams have four roles with increasing permissions:

  1. Member — Can access chests, fly on the island, break spawners, and deposit money.
  2. Moderator — Can invite, kick, and ban members, set warps, and manage visitors.
  3. Admin — Can promote and demote members, manage coops, set the biome, and change island settings.
  4. Leader — Full control over the island.

Coop players can build and interact on your island without being on your team. Default coop limit is 8, upgradeable to 24.

Island Upgrades

Spend money from the island bank to upgrade your island:

  • Border Size — Start at 100x100, upgrade up to 500x500 blocks.
  • Members Limit — Expand your team from 4 up to 32 members.
  • Coop Limit — Increase from 8 to 24 coop players.
  • Warp Limit — Set up to 15 island warps (starting at 3).
  • Hopper Limit — Increase from 8 to 128 hoppers for automation.
  • Minecart Limit — Increase from 4 to 32 minecarts.
  • Community Chest — Add up to 15 pages of shared island storage.
  • Crop Growth — Multiply crop growth speed up to 5x.
  • Spawner Rates — Multiply mob spawner rates up to 4x.
  • Mob Drops — Multiply mob drops up to 4x.
  • Generator Rates — Increase ore generation chances.
  • Unlock Nether — Access a nether island dimension.
  • Unlock The End — Access an end island dimension.
  • Potion Effects — Permanent Speed, Damage Resistance, Strength, Jump Boost, and Haste while on your island.

Island Bank

Your island has a shared bank. Deposit money to fund upgrades.

Island Warps

Place a sign with [IslandWarp] on the first line to create a warp point on your island. Visitors can use these to teleport around your island.

Tips

  • Keep breaking your OneBlock — each phase unlocks better resources and mobs.
  • Upgrade your border size early to give yourself room to build.
  • The island bank earns interest, so depositing early pays off.
  • Lock your island with /is toggle lock if you want privacy while building.
